Comment / QualitiesAn exciting new opportunity to breeders in the UK this rare and unique bay roan jumping bred stallion "Cayanosch"

Watch him jump!

Cayanosch impressed the judges at his stallion licensing with his enormous jumping ability and powerful ground covering canter. A remarkable stallion with a promising career ahead of him in jumping.

A substantial stallion of great height, bone and substance of body, with correct, quality limbs and good conformation overall. His legs are long which he uses well and demonstrates good rhythm and balance in all three gaits. His hooves are regular, hardy and of good shape.

Cayanosch has a well balanced outlook on life, bold, confident with a willing and trainable work ethic. His character is friendly and playful.

His sire Castellini (Contender x Landgraf) approved by Holstein and most of the major German stud books was a son of the most influential jumping and sport horse sires of all time, Contender.

Castelinni's dam Farina XIV Holst (Landgraf x Ahorn Z) from this dam line Stamm 242 arose two of the greatest stallions of Dutch breeding the Holstein KWPN approved stallions Ahorn and Joost.

Farina XIV herself, also produced the successful show jumping daughters, Prelude SJ (135m) by Narew and Vulkana (1.45m) by Quo Vadis I as well as Castellini's full brother the Holstein approved stallion Comet.

Cayanosch's dam Shirly (Sir Chamberlain x Romadour II) Trak.fam. nr. 0097 has produced sons and daughters with good performance results in show jumping up to 1.30m

Homozygous black he cannot produce chestnut foals and has a 50% chance of passing his unique true roan colouring to his offspring.

His foals are long-legged, with distinguished and noble heads and of substantial body and height. They move with power and good balance.

His frozen semen has a very good quality, so good as not often to find.

Frozen semen is available for purchase at a cost of 400 euro per dose, sold on an "as is" basis without guarantee or warranty.

Distribution available throughout the UK, stored and shipped by Westkington Stud.
