McJonnas was imported from Germany originally born in the Czech Republic. His sire Mineral is a licensed Palomino stallion in the Czech republic who`s lines trace back to Godolphin and Byerly Turk through the Paradubice steeplechase and derby winner `Mys` who`s full brother `Flying Star` jumped Internationally.
Mineral`s dam `Myjava` also produced the stallions `Mistral` and `My Boy` (Oklan) used for breeding in Germany and competed successfully up to 1.40m in the showjumping arena as well as her daughter the buckskin mare `Mija` who competed up to Grand Prix in show jumping.
McJonnas`s dam `Nugeta` is a combination of Trakener and Equus Kinsky bloodlines including Almhirt Tynsky, Furioso and Marin Lipskı and traces back to Pythagaros to two of the greatest Trakehner stallions of all time, `Dampfross and Tempelhüter` (Perfectionist x Jennesie) through the line of Guido which has produced many famous stallions such as Marduc, Doruto and Stakkato of today.
McJonnas is a well established stallion in the UK. Working well under saddle showing good ability over fences with an excellent walk and canter, rythmical and balanced.
McJonnas is proving himself as a worthy producer of top quality sport horse foals with beautiful golden and diluted robes. His genetic makeup as a double dilute means that he will always produce palominos out of chestnut mares, and buckskin/ palomino or the highly desirable smokey black foals out of bay / black mares.
His first crops of foals are showing exceptional muscular development, exquisite chisled faces and beautiful straight, flowing paces.
Highly recommended by existing clients with confirmed re-bookings each year. McJonnas is proving to be a very popular choice in Scotland and the UK with his first foals also due in the Netherlands in 2011.
Exceptionally high fertility rate.
